Presidential Task Force Releases Sweeping Gun Violence Reduction Proposal

President Obama's Gun Violence Task Force, put in place after the Sandy Hook school shooting incident, has released its recommendations. The Administration is promising to work with Congress to implement the recommendations which include a ban on military style assault weapons.

Yesterday, New York State passed the toughest gun control laws in the country in response to the Sandy Hook incident and the growing demand that something substantive be done about the epidemic of gun violence in America.
